Complaints:
We strive to make sure that our services, products and support are up-to-scratch, in the rare event that we miss the mark, we have our customers interests at heart and have a complaints procedure that they are able to follow. By e-mailing complaints@sematec.co.uk our customers will set a chain of actions whereby the complaint is reviewed at senior management level and responded to within 15 working days, we keep our customers up-to-date with the process in order to gain a swift outcome.
